Kathmandu to Lukla – Trek to Phakding

Begin with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, enjoying spectacular Himalayan views along the way. After landing, meet your trekking team and trek through the Dudh Koshi Valley, passing Sherpa villages, mani walls, prayer wheels, suspension bridges and forested landscapes before reaching Phakding. Check into your luxury accommodation and relax for the evening.

Day 2 2,610 m → 3,440 m

Phakding to Namche Bazaar

Trek north along the Dudh Koshi Valley through beautiful pine and rhododendron forests, crossing colorful suspension bridges and passing Monjo and the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. Continue through the famous final ascent to Namche Bazaar, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and, weather permitting, Mount Everest. Namche Bazaar Acclimatization & Everest View Experience

Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar with a gentle scenic hike through the surrounding hills. Arrive at this peaceful mountain settlement and settle into a comfortable lodge before the challenging Renjo La crossing.

Marlung to Gokyo via Renjo La Pass

Begin an early ascent toward the spectacular Renjo La Pass at approximately 5,360 m. Reach the summit and experience breathtaking 360-degree Himalayan views, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, glaciers and surrounding high-altitude valleys. Descend into the beautiful Gokyo Valley and continue toward the turquoise Gokyo Lakes before checking into your luxury accommodation.

Gokyo Lakes Exploration – Helicopter to Lukla
