What you need to know

Rescue and emergency flights depend on weather, daylight, airspace and official tasking — they cannot be guaranteed on demand.
Guest scenic packages and rescue tasking are separate. A booked holiday flight is not a rescue retainer.
For life-threatening emergencies in Nepal, contact local emergency services first; we support when authorised and operationally able.
Travel insurance with helicopter evacuation cover is strongly recommended for all high-altitude travel.
